Meath County Finalists
The girls soccer team did both themselves and the school very proud today, as they took part in the Meath County finals in the MDL. They played three games in total against Rathbeggan, Gaelscoil na Ríthe and Bohermeen. They beat Rathbeggan and Gaelscoil na Ríthe 2-1 and 3-2 respectively. However, they lost out very narrowly to Bohermeen by just one goal. Bohermeen then went on to win the tournament while our girls earned themselves a well deserved second place, and received some lovely medals afterwards. Well done girls. The school is super proud of you all. Hold your heads high and keep playing soccer. You all have very bright futures in the game.

GIRLS SOCCER
Here are the pictures of the two girls soccer teams that attended the tournament in the MDL today. Both teams played very well and had an enjoyable day out. The green team progressed to the next round which will take place on the 22nd of March.
